Shop Policies

UPDATE 1/06/2025: EU/Northern Ireland orders are now suspended due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) effective December 13, 2024. Unfortunately, to omit these countries from my BigCartel shop, I must update my shop's shipping methods. Therefore, any orders containing the following will show up as separate shipping costs: Jackets.
Canadian orders are also temporarily back up, subject to closure if the postal strike returns.

UPDATE 12/06/2024:
As of November 29, 2024, shipments to Canada will be temporarily suspended due to the postal strike. I will hold onto any Canadian orders up to 150 days, at which point I will offer an additional extension via the email address you provided at checkout, or a refund (less any fees).

Shipping

✦ I usually pack orders on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
✦ Domestic Shipping within United States is estimated to be around 7-14 business days.
✦ International Shipping outside of the United States is estimated to be around 14-20 business days.
Once the order is with the shipping company and you receive your tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please do not contact me about any lost packages - instead, contact your local shipping company branch to file a lost package report. No refunds will be given for lost or unreceived packages. If a package is returned to me, you will have to re-pay the shipping costs.

Pre-Order Items

✦ By purchasing Pre-order items, you are agreeing to wait until the determined estimated shipment date listed in the original listing.

Refunds & Exchanges

✦ Any requested cancellations (including cancellation of an accidental duplicate order) will be honored, net of any Big Cartel/Paypal/Stripe/credit card fees.
✦ Exchanges (including size exchanges) are not allowed for online orders.
✦ No refunds will be given for lost or unreceived packages. If a package is returned to me, you must re-pay the shipping costs or request an order cancellation. See above for information related to fees.
✦ If an item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund upon photographic proof of damage. I reserve the right to request any additional photographic proof, such as a handwritten note with your name/order number/or the date if needed.
